- Includes both a drip coffee maker and a traditional greca.
- Guests have access to the pool, covered patio, outdoor TV, and grill.
- Another apartment is located downstairs and may be occupied by other guests. Reach out if you would like to book multiple units to accommodate more guests!
*HURRICANE SEASON - Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and making travel decisions accordingly. Hurricane season in Puerto Rico is from June 1 through November 30.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

All gatherings must be limited to +2 to your total guest count, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
