Lost and Found Items

Cozy in KC is not responsible for items left behind by guests, but our team will do our best to locate and return to the owner upon request.
There is a $40 handling fee to coordinate the return of any lost item, plus the cost of shipping, if required. All fees will be handled via invoice and must be paid before pick up or shipping is arranged.
