“Our stay at Kristen’s Place was wonderful! It is a super cute spot with the perfect amount of room. The backyard was convenient for our dogs. Very close to lots of things around town. I would 10/10 stay here again and highly recommend that you do too!”

Just like stated in their description, it's a walking distance to Q39 and a short uber drive to all main city points! The host gives fast responses and is extremely nice! The whole home has all the necessary stuff in bathrooms, rooms, and the kitchen to cook. I would 100% stay in this home again and recommend you too as well.”

It’s spacious, cozy, well-decorated and set in a quiet, established neighborhood. My Family felt safe and at home. Within walking distance is the KU Medical Center and quite the number of local eateries lining 39th. Perfect location, wonderful home, with a very hospitable and responsive host!”

They both were super clean, very comfortable, and decorated beautifully. I like when check-in and check-out don't require you to speak with someone—haha— so this was super nice for me! “Cute, quaint, and quiet! A perfect location for business, or pleasure.
The office she has was adorable and so functional for bringing out your laptop and doing some work. For a small little house, there’s SO much room for hanging out and/or sleeping. So many options! Huge back yard, perfect for your fur babies! Speaking of fur babies, it’s hard to find Airbnb’s that are dog friendly, and even when you do find one, they usually charge you an arm and a leg in fees. Kristen has a very reasonable price for bringing your dogs. For everything her place has to offer, her nightly rate is beyond fair too! I also have never been in an Airbnb that has had literally everything you could ever need! From a broom and dustpan/cleaning supplies, to extra paper towels, paper plates, name brand body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion, fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets and more!
10/10 would recommend!”
