GUEST ACCESS:
Private entrance to bottom-floor unit Palmera Azul. Three other apartments with private entrances can be booked separately and may be occupied during your stay, including one directly above this unit.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.
Other apartments are located at the property, including upstairs, and may be occupied by other guests. Reach out if you would like to book multiple units to accommodate more guests!
HURRICANE SEASON - Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and making travel decisions accordingly. Hurricane season in Puerto Rico is from June 1 through November 30.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
