In addition to the living space, the unit offers two comfortable bedrooms with king size beds, comfortable bedding and plenty of storage for your personal belongings. We can't forget about the one of a kind luxurious bathroom located in between the bedrooms which provides guests a separate double vanity area with plenty of space for getting ready, along with a beautiful tub shower combo with a door for privacy. BEDROOMS

This home offers two amazing bedrooms with king size beds! Both bedrooms feature bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and closet space. Both bedrooms also include overhead lighting, storage closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations.

KITCHEN & DINING

This kitchen features all stainless steel major appliances and beautiful granite countertops in order for you to prepare any meals you wish! All cookware, drinkware and dinnerware are provided along with tons of storage. You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with a variety of K-cups and creamer included.

The dining room is the ultimate entertaining spot in this home! The table includes bench seating and the coziest of chairs in order to sit around play games or chat the night away! There is plenty of drinkware and a mixology set as well as a radio to dance to your heart's content.

BATHROOMS

There is one full bathroom in this home off the hallway between the two bedrooms. The bathroom has double sinks so more than one person can be getting ready! A tub/shower combo that is completely separate from the sink area! The bathroom is also equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

EXTRAS

The property has an outdoor space off the living room overseeing Armour Blvd. The space includes outdoor seating and will be perfect during the warm months for dinner on the balcony!

Street parking is available in front of the building or on the side street.
