This listing is for two units of a duplex - upper and lower level. The units do not have an interior staircase but there is a covered staircase on the back side of the property that makes both units easily accessible.

The Great Gatsby is designed to take you back in time to the 1920’s, at every turn you will be reminded of this historical era on both sides of the duplex! From the moment you walk in you will feel like royalty and never want to leave! Enjoy two living rooms, two dining rooms, 4 bedrooms, fireplaces and outdoor space!

Enter through the front of the home using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival You are immediately met with the feeling of royalty!

LIVING ROOM

The living rooms feature a fun and funky atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting! A large sofa, love seat in one living room along with a large sofa and two additional chairs in the other. Both living rooms have a Smart TV! Enjoy an electric fireplace in the upper living room! Also provided are books, blankets and throw pillows so you feel right at home!

BEDROOMS

This home offers four amazing bedrooms with king size beds! All bedrooms feature bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV, closet space as well as overhead lighting, storage closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations.

KITCHEN & DINING

These kitchens! Wow! Both feature all stainless steel major appliances and beautiful granite countertops in order for you to prepare any meals you wish! All cookware, drinkware and dinnerware are provided along with tons of storage. You will also have access to two full enhanced coffee bars including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with a variety of K-cups and creamer included.

Both dining rooms are elegant, inviting and spacious! The tables both include seating for six, the upstairs table is a little larger and the perfect spot to gather to play games or enjoy dinner together! There is plenty of drinkware, dinnerware and cookware as well as a mixology set and radios so you can dance to your heart's content.

BATHROOMS

There are 3 full bathrooms in this home, two downstairs and 1 upstairs. Two bathrooms have double sinks so more than one person can be getting ready! A tub/shower combo that is completely separate from the sink area! The bathroom is also equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

EXTRAS

The property has an outdoor space off the living room overseeing Armour Blvd. The space includes outdoor seating and will be perfect during the warm months for dinner on the balcony!

Street parking is available in front of the building or on the side street. There is one designated parking spot behind the building marked with red outline.
