This is a smaller version of our larger Westport Oasis. Guests will have access to 2 bedrooms + a loft space along with 2 full bathrooms. Access will also include the backyard area and hot tub.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is on the first floor and provides ample seating for 7 guests. The sofa pulls out into a full size bed to allow for 2 guests. The Smart TV allows for guests to access Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime with the high speed WIFI.
BEDROOMS
The first floor master bedroom (yes there are 2 masters) offers a comfortable queen size bed and ample storage space for your personal items, in addition to, a full bathroom. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the bedroom for guest use.
The second floor master bedroom is the largest bedroom and has a queen size bed, flat screen tv, a jacuzzi tub and plenty of space to spread out. The second floor master also has the access for the third floor sleeping loft.
The loft is only accessible by a ladder and has sloped ceilings. This area is large enough for 2 guests. There a full size bed and large bean bag chair(not pictured). This area is not a full bedroom. It is a loft that opens to the second floor master bedroom below. It does not have central heat and air in the loft area but it does have a window unit that will both heat and cool the space.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is on the first floor of the home and is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware and utensils. For all of you coffee lovers out there we provide a Keurig, drip, pour over and French press brewing option with our enhanced coffee bar. We also include a variety of coffee, sugar and creamer.
The dining room is small but mighty and allows for a group of 6 to eat a meal together or play a board game. The sliding glass door in the dining room leads to the ultimate outdoor entertainment area.
BATHROOMS
The second floor bathroom has a large shower and vanity. One large bath towel and one wash cloth will be provided per guest as well as convenient make-up wash cloths. Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion provided.
Two full bathrooms in this property. One large bath towel and one wash cloth are provided per guest as well as dark make-up towels for convenience. Both bathrooms have Luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.
EXTRAS
The backyard is fully fenced with a privacy fence and offers a deck for hanging out and a privately enclosed 6 person hot tub! The hot tub is located in a fully fenced area that is for guest use only. Enjoy this area all to yourself!! (The hot tub is cleaned and serviced after every stay!)
Private driveway parking available as well as street parking.

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet. Host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced in yard at this home but the neighborhood is perfect for walking!
