LIVING ROOM
Comfortably stretch out on the plush sectional and enjoy watching the 55" smart TV.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom offers a cushy queen size bed with hotel quality bedding. You might even get a better night's sleep than you do at home in these beds! Each bedroom is also equipped with it's own 40" flat screen so enjoy a movie in bed!
KITCHEN & DINING
Everything you need to whip up a quick meal for friends or family is provided. A full set of dishes, pots and pans along with a wide variety of cooking utensils. Save money and cook at home! A full coffee bar with several brewing options such as a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker, pour over and a French press with a coffee grounds, creamer and sugar are provided!
Dining room includes a table to seat six for those home cooked meals or a night of board games. A drink mixer set is provided as well for those mixology nights!
BATHROOMS
Brand new tiled shower, vanity and high quality towels will make you feel as if you are in a luxury hotel! One large bath towel and one wash cloth provided per guest as well as dark make-up towels for convenience. Tommy Bahama Luxury bath products available including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.
EXTRAS
Enjoy relaxing on the screened in front porch or shaded back deck. There is a driveway out front that can accommodate two small vehicles and the backyard is fully fenced so bring your four legged family members.

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is a fully fenced back yard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
