Enjoy a mini version of our Westport Manor which allows guests traveling in smaller groups to enjoy the beautiful property at a less expensive rate. We offer this mini version of our Manor Monday - Thursday night for anyone wanting to enjoy the large common areas along with 2 king size bedrooms with private work spaces and 2 full size bathrooms.

Home Features
The Westport Manor was designed with your comfort in mind. We paid attention to every detail in order to provide a luxury Kansas City experience for each and every guest. This property is a large 5 bedroom 3 full bath but we are now offering it during the week to smaller groups as a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom. It's perfect for business travelers as it features 2 large bedrooms each equipped with a desk and private work area.
LIVING ROOM
Opens to the large dining room and coffee bar. A great space to hang out and entertain as this home provides a cozy atmosphere for guests.
BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and offer king size beds with soft comfortable sheets. Both rooms have ample storage space if a shopping spree is on your agenda! One large bathroom with double sinks and luxury shower is also on the second floor!
KITCHEN & DINING
The large newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Don't feel like cooking? Let us know and we can coordinate a personal chef so all you have to do is sit back and relax! Whether you are looking for a nice dinner with family or a game night with friends this space definitely won't disappoint!
BATHROOMS
Full size bathroom with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. One large bath towel and one wash cloth will be provided per guest as well as dark make-up towels for convenience.
EXTRAS
The full size washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen conveniently on the first floor of the home.
The exterior of the home has a grand front porch with comfortable seating and a large fenced in backyard with a firepit and additional seating.
The Westport Manor has everything you need for a luxury vacation and will make you feel right at home. All rooms have access to high speed WIFI. The TV's are all smart TV's so guests can easily log into their own Netflix, HULU, or Amazon Prime account.
Street parking is provided for this home. Street home is located on is a two way street with parking located on one side.

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet. Host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced in yard at this home but the neighborhood is perfect for walking!
