This home offers a beautiful deck and fully fenced in yard, 3 bedrooms all featuring queen memory foam mattresses and beautiful living room. The escape will surely be a place you will never forget!

The Escape was remodeled in October of 2023 to include a fully brand new kitchen and bathroom!
LIVING ROOM
This space has vibrant yet soothing colored furniture, the couch will adequately seat 5 with two additional chairs. Enjoy a movie night in with the 55" Smart TV to stream from your favorite platform.
BEDROOMS
All three bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds with hotel quality linens and pillows making it hard to get out of bed! All bedrooms also include ceiling fans, bedside tables with lamps and charging stations. The master bedroom features an additional Smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Comes with all brand new major appliances including microwave as well as pots/pans and cooking utensils if you prefer to cook. Kitchen also has standard dishes, silverware and spices. A Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over are provided for your brewing needs along with coffee grounds and a variety of creamer and sugar is provided!
Enjoy your home cooked meal, take out or a board game at the dining table which seats up to six. Dining room has a sliding glass door that leads out to the back deck.
BATHROOMS
Full size bathroom which includes luxury bath products. (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion) One large towel and one wash cloth is provided per guest as well as dark make-up towels for convenience.

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
+ PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fully fenced back yard! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
