Home Features
Enter through the front of the building using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. There is a common area staircase that is shared with one unit above that leads right to your private front door. Once inside are immediately met with the feeling of home!
BEDROOMS
This home offers two comfortable bedrooms! The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with a large shower and rain showerhead. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the private balcony! Both bedrooms feature Smart TV’s walk-in closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations.
KITCHEN
This kitchen provides all new stainless steel appliances as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space. All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over along with coffee grounds, sugar and creamer!
There is a dining space right off the kitchen that features a beautiful table and chairs to seat four! This is the perfect spot to sit around and enjoy your coffee in the morning and chat or pick up a bottle of wine and enjoy some of the board games provided for a fun game night in! The kitchen island also has bar stools for four persons so no one misses anything while preparing meals!
BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms in this home, one attached to the master bedroom and one in the hallway between the bedrooms. The bathroom off the master bedroom features a standing shower only while the other bathrooms offers a shower/tub combo. There is plenty of storage and counter space!
For ease of traveling we have equipped the bathroom with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. A large bath towel and washcloth is provided for each guest along with hand towels and dark makeup towels are provided for convenience.
PARKING
Garage and driveway parking.
EXTRAS
The property has two balconies, one off the master bedroom and the off of the living room. These are for our guests' private use. The community itself offers a fenced dog park area with dog stations provided as well a playground for kiddos and outdoor seating to sit out and relax.

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced yard at this home however the community has an enclosed dog run and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
