Located just off I-70 and 40 Hwy, this home is fully equipped 3 bed/1.5 bath home is located only 4 minutes from both Kauffman & Arrowhead Stadiums! It's the perfect spot for anyone coming to town for a Chiefs or Royals game! In addition to being close to both stadiums the property is only 12 minutes to downtown Kansas City. The Stadium Cottage is perfect for small groups with large bedrooms, high speed WIFI, ample storage, private parking for 2-3 vehicles and a fully fenced in yard for pets.

This fully furnished home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!
Living Room: Furnished with comfortable couch and love seat. This home has a 65" Smart TV HDTV and is connected with high speed WIFI for all of you streaming needs. The home does not have cable but apps such as HULU, Netflix, YouTube and AMAZON prime have been loaded to allow guests to log into their own accounts.
Kitchen: Comes fully equipped with all major appliances including a microwave and toaster. Prefer to stay in and cook? No problem, all pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided including a spice rack. Basic dishes are also provided including wine glasses!
Dining Room: Table to seat for a meal or board games that are included! Keurig Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Maker, Pour Over and a French Press are provided along with coffee ground, creamer and sugar!
All three bedrooms are located on the second level. Bedrooms have luxurious queen size beds with hotel style linens and pillows, white noise makers on the night stands and luggage racks. Master bedroom has a TV. All bedrooms have dressers and closets for adequate storage space for long term stays.
The full bathroom on second level and half bath on lower level. One large bath towel and one wash cloth will be provided per guest as well as make-up towels for convenience. Tommy Bahama Luxury bath products are included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.
The screened in porch is a great spot to hang out and relax on those cool summer nights and there are games to play in the fully fenced in backyard. Your pets are also welcome!
Basement has a full size washer and dryer available should you need to do a load of laundry before heading home.
Private driveway parking and street parking available for this home.

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced back yard! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
