You'll be centrally located, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment within walking distance. Step outside the front door of the building and take a stroll through the amazing courtyards at the Nelson Atkins that are filled with seasonal flowers and sculptures or take a leisurely stroll through the Country Club Plaza and enjoy window shopping or fine dining. This condo will definitely have you planning your next trip back before you even leave!
Home Features
You will walk directly into the living room from the front door and are immediately met with the feeling of home AND an amazing view! This home has a large sectional couch to sprawl out on and relax or catch up on a good book. The living room also features a large Smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows.
The kitchen has all your cooking essentials and dinnerware along with stainless steel appliances. This home has concrete countertops and plenty of space to prepare those meals! There is a dining table to accommodate four and a large island with barstools to accommodate four! Basic cleaning products are provided along with dish and hand soap. A full coffee bar which includes a drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, pour over and a French press as brewing options as well as a variety of k-cups, cream and sugar!
The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed so you can get the best night sleep. Other features include: bed side tables, charging stations, ceiling fan, TV, dresser and a private on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a private on suite bathroom!
The master bathroom includes a spa tub, separate stand up shower and double sinks! The second bathroom has a standing shower only and no tub. The host provides Tommy Bahama luxury bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. You will receive one large bath towel and one wash cloth per guest, hand towels and dark make-up towels for convenience.
The condo building has a gym available for guests use as well as a roof top space to enjoy panoramic views of Kansas City and the Nelson-Atkins Museum!

*Parking is street parking near the building on a first come first serve basis. There is not a designated space for this property.

All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
