All gatherings must be limited to 32, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide your reservation with damage protection of up to $1,500. Guest screening is also required, and you will be contacted to complete an identity verification once your reservation is confirmed.
PETS
Pets are allowed for whole house bookings of The Saint, but not allowed for individual unit bookings.
We do allow pets with host approval. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two, which is paid separately from the booking once it is confirmed, directly on our website. The backyard is fenced in and the neighborhood is perfect for walking!
