The Lounge has been thoughtfully designed and appointed to cover all of your traveling needs.
LIVING ROOM
Comfortably seats 6 guests for a movie or to watch a game on 55" smart TV. A desk/chair is also included in case you to set up shop for work. The home is connected with high speed WIFI for all your streaming needs.
BEDROOMS
One of the bedrooms offers a king size bed with a TV so you can kick back and relax Additional storage is available via dresser and closet space! The other bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside table with a lamp and additional closet space.
KITCHEN & DINING
Equipped with all major appliances and plenty of counter space including a large island! Additional bar stool seating at the island. Whether you want to cook a gourmet meal, enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or end the day with a luscious glass of wine, we have you covered! The dining room has a large table to seat six and a full coffee bar! Enjoy a cup of coffee with one of the many brewing options offered including: Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker, pour over or a French press. Coffee grounds, creamer and sugar is provided for every stay!
BATHROOMS
The large bathroom has plenty of space to get ready. This bathroom does have shower/tub combo. One large bath towel and one wash cloth are provided per guest as well as make-up towels for convenience. There is a stackable washer and dryer in this large bathroom if you need to do a quick load of laundry while in town.
EXTRAS
Fully fenced backyard to meet needs if you are traveling with a pet. *Dog bags are provided, please clean up after your pet* Prior host approval prior to bringing an animal.
Back deck offers outdoor seating for a nice evening on the patio!
**This home does not have a driveway or a designated parking space. There is free street parking in front of the home on both sides of the street**

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
+ PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) Backyard is fully fenced. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
