LIVING ROOM
The living room is a great space to kick back and relax watching TV or enjoy a game night with family and friends. This home offers high speed internet and Netflix and Hulu apps are on the TV for you to login to your accounts. The couch pulls out into a queen size bed to accommodate two guests.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, multiple pillows and hotel quality linens. Luggage stand and additional closet space so you don't have to live out of your suitcase! The master bedroom has a private full bath attached and an additional couch for seating!
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with major stainless steel appliances and offers a full set of pots/pans and cooking utensils for all of your cooking needs. All dinnerware and drinkware is included! Best of all a variety of coffee brewing options are provided including, a drip coffee maker, pour over, french press and Keurig coffee machine. K-cups, cream and sugar are also provided with every stay!
BATHROOMS
This home features two full size bathrooms with full size shower/bathtub including Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. One large bath towel and one wash cloth will be provided per guest as well as hand towels and dark make-up towels for convenient make-up removal.

Please keep in mind this is an older historic building with tons of character. Since this is a lower level unit it may not be sound proof and can possible hear creaking when others are walking upstairs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide your reservation with damage protection of up to $1,500. Guest screening is also required, and you will be contacted to complete an identity verification once your reservation is confirmed.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is not a fenced yard but the area is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
