This space offers a full size kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, living room with plenty of seating to sprawl out and chill out, outdoor space with a fire pit and first floor laundry. In the heart of Waldo and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the famous Trolley Trail which you can walk all the way to the Historic Country Club Plaza. This home will not disappoint!
Home Features
Walk directly into the living room and you will immediately feel right at home away from home. The living room features plenty of seating and a Smart TV to access your Netflix and Hulu accounts for a relaxing evening in.
The dining room is right off the kitchen and includes a table for 4 to have an intimate meal, play board games or set up shop for work.
You will love the kitchen! Brand new stainless steel appliances are included along with a full coffee bar to start your morning off right! Four different brewing options are available including, drip, Keurig, French press and pour over. K-cups, creamer and sugar are provided with every stay! All basic cooking tools are included such as pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware.
There is one full size bathroom on the main level of the home with a shower/tub combo. Luxury Tommy Bahama bath products are provided including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The host provides one large bath towel and washcloth per guest as well as dark make-up towels for convenience.
One bedroom is located on the main level and the other is on the second floor. The lower level bedroom features a large king size bed, tv, dresser and closet space for your personal items.
The other bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen size bed, dresser and closet for personal items. Unpack and stay awhile!
The backyard is fully fenced for your traveling fur companions.
This home has private driveway parking which will accommodate two vehicles.

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two pets which is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
