You'll be just minutes away from shops, restaurants, parks, and attractions. The three bedroom ranch style home is perfect for any stay and has all you need to be comfortable.
LIVING ROOMS
The inviting living room features a large sectional sofa, perfect for lounging, relaxation, and quality time with your loved ones. This spacious area is the heart of our home, designed for your comfort and enjoyment. A large Smart TV is available for all of your streaming needs as well as throw blankets and additional pillows to cozy up! The space also includes a desk and chair should you need to handle business will staying!
BEDROOMS
This home offers three comfortable bedrooms with queen sized beds. Two of the bedrooms include Smart TV's and also have overhead lighting with ceiling fans, storage closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations and black out curtains.
KITCHEN
This kitchen features all stainless steel major appliances in order for you to prepare any meals you wish! Check out the French Market that is less than five minutes away to complete your grocery shopping or get take out! All cookware, drinkware and dinnerware are provided along with tons of storage. You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a drip coffee maker with a single serve option, French press and pour over with a variety of coffee grounds and creamer included.
BATHROOMS
There is one full bathroom in this home that does have a shower/tub combo and a vanity. The bathroom is equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
EXTRAS
The property has an amazing back yard that provides guests with outdoor seating We do allow pets at this property, there is a fully fenced yard and the neighborhood is perfect for walking!

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. There is a fully fenced backyard. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
