Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or throw a record on the player and kick back in the living room. This home has all your need for a relaxing getaway, take advantage and enjoy! Guests will be only minutes from highways which will allow for seamless travel throughout both Kansas and Missouri.

The hot tub is open seasonally from October 1st through April 30th.
Serenity Estate is a large home that provides guests with tons of space to spread out and enjoy. Entering through the front door guests will either enjoy the main living room that offers plenty of seating and large Smart TV! The dining room has a sturdy wooden table with 6 chairs so all guests can enjoy a meal or play a game together. The kitchen is fully stocked with all plates, cutlery, bakeware, cookware, pots, pans and utensils. All you need to bring is the food and the spices. We provide everything else to cook and prep a good meal. The backyard has a hot tub to accommodate 6 along with outdoor seating and a fully fenced backyard! Come stay to relax!
Enter through the front of the home using a personalized code you will receive the day prior to arrival. You are immediately met with the feeling of home!
LIVING ROOM
Main Living Room:
The main living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting! Two large sofas to seat six, an additional chair, and a Smart TV so you don’t miss out on any shows.
Family Room:
The family room features a sofa and loveseat to kick back and relax. A Smart TV, record player with a few records are provided along with an electric fireplace are available for guest use.
BEDROOMS
This home offers three comfortable bedrooms all on the main floor of the home. The master bedroom features a king size bed, bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and closet space. The three other bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with a full size bed. There are also ceiling fans, bed side tables with lamps and charging stations along with plenty of closet space!
The second floor bedroom features a queen size bed, private work space, full bathroom and additional sofa. This space is open and does not have an enclosed bedroom however there is a door to close off the entire space for privacy.
KITCHEN & DINING
This kitchen features all stainless steel major appliances in order for you to prepare any meals you wish! All cookware, drinkware and dinnerware are provided along with tons of storage. You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with a coffee grounds, creamer and sugar included.
BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms in this home! The main bathroom features a large vanity sink with plenty of counter space and storage along with a separate shower and tub. (The tub is not a full size tub and is meant more for kids. The upstairs bathroom features a stand up shower only. The bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

Outdoor space:
The property has an amazing backyard that provides guests with outdoor seating and a six person hot tub! We do allow pets at this property, there is a fully fenced yard and the neighborhood is perfect for walking!

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, the fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The backyard is fully fenced! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
