The Prestige is a one of a kind gem in the heart of Fairway, KS only minutes outside of the city. This home has been fully remodeled with the most intricate details which makes for one of a kind guest experience. Guests will instantly notice the craftsmanship as they enter the home. The entryway boasts a solid wood staircase leading up to the second floor bedrooms and then leads directly into a wide open floor plan which allows for everyone to be together while still enjoying the luxurious amenities. This home offers a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a separate dining space right off of the stunning fully stocked kitchen, a game room, separate private office, AND a beautiful outdoor space with seating in the backyard. There are three bedrooms with the primary bedroom being conveniently located on the first floor, featuring an absolutely gorgeous spa like bathroom that includes a large soaker tub and walk in glass shower. The remaining bedrooms are all located on the second floor of the home in addition to a game room with an xbox, comfy sofa, bean bags and a smart tv. The Prestige has it all and then some and will make your Kansas City experience extremely comfortable and memorable making you feel as if you never want to leave!

LIVING ROOM

The living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting! A large sectional sofa to seat five, a Smart TV and a gas fireplace! Also provided are books, blankets and throw pillows so you feel right at home!

On the main level of the home is a private office with a desk, chair, computer monitor with HDMI cable and additional recliner if you need a break from work and want to read one of the many books provided!

On the second level of the home there is also a separate lounge area with a sectional couch and a few bean bag chairs and a large Smart TV! This space is perfect for the younger persons in the group to get away and watch a favorite movie or play a game on the Xbox provided. (games not included)

In the hallway on the second level there is a separate exercise space that includes a large Lululemon mirror, free weights and yoga mats. This spot has ample natural lighting and is perfect for meditation or a tough workout before you start the day!

BEDROOMS

This home offers three comfortable bedrooms!. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a king size bed, an on suite bathroom with a claw style tub and a walk in shower with no steps for easy accessibility! Other features include bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and closet space. The two bedrooms upstairs each have queen size beds, Smart Tv’s and plenty of space to unpack. One of the bedrooms includes a private workstation. All bedrooms have overhead ceiling fans, lighting, storage closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations.

KITCHEN & DINING

This kitchen features all stainless steel major appliances and beautiful granite countertops in order for you to prepare any meals you wish! Check out the French Market that is less than five minutes away to complete your grocery shopping or get take out! All cookware, drinkware and dinnerware are provided along with tons of storage. You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with a variety of K-cups and creamer included.

BATHROOMS

There are two full bathrooms and one half in this home, the master bathroom off the master bedroom includes a deep claw style tub, a walk in shower with no steps and double sinks. The bathroom in the hallway on the second level has a large stand up shower that does require one step in, this bathroom also features double sinks! The half bathroom is located on the main level. Both full bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
