LIVING ROOM
The living room offers a peaceful ambiance to kick back and relax. There is a large sectional couch with cozy throw blankets, a chair along with a large Smart TV so you don’t miss a show or a game!
BEDROOMS
This home offers two comfortable bedrooms with one of those having access to a loft with an additional full size bed! Each bedroom features a Smart TV, beds, ample storage closets, luggage racks, night stands and full length mirrors as well as bedside charging stations.
KITCHEN & DINING
This kitchen has been completely remodeled with those who like to prepare their own meals in mind. Featuring new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals! You will also have access to a full coffee bar including a drip coffee maker that brews a full pot or a single serving, French press and pour over! Coffee grounds, sugar and a variety of creamers are provided! Open to the kitchen is the dining room with a farm style table and eight chairs.
BATHROOMS
There is one full bathroom in this home that has all you need to pamper yourself! There is a shower combo. Luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are provided for guest use. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth as well as dark microfiber make-up towels for convenience.
EXTRAS
The gorgeous sunroom is the best spot in the house! This space has a private work station with a desk, chair and computer monitor. Need a break? Take a minute and relax on the couch and enjoy all of the natural light through the large windows!
The property does allow pets, there is a fenced yard and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! The host provides dog bags for easy clean up.

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
+ PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The back yard is fenced and neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
