Guests have private access to the first two floors of this beautifully updated historic home, designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The third floor is closed off to suit smaller groups while offering plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Enjoy high-speed 1 gig Google Fiber WiFi, smart home features, and Sonos speakers throughout. Each level has its own thermostat, so everyone can control the temperature to their liking.
The main floor features a spacious living and dining area with cozy furniture, a 60" smart TV, fireplace, and dining space for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee system, and all the essentials for cooking. A breakfast bar and half bath complete this level.
Upstairs, the second floor offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed, sitting area, and luxurious bath with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. A second king bedroom and a third room with bunk beds and a twin make it ideal for families. Fresh linens, towels, and bath essentials are provided, along with in-home laundry.

All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide your reservation with damage protection of up to $1,500. Guest screening is also required, and you will be contacted to complete an identity verification once your reservation is confirmed.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is not a fenced yard but the area is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
