Home Features

Traveling as a family or a group of friends; this home is perfect with plenty of space to spread out! There is a fully stocked kitchen, huge living room, private parking, 2 full bathrooms and the coziest of bedrooms. Located in the heart of Midtown just minutes from Westport, the Country Club Plaza and Union Station. The Pioneer was intricately designed to showcase “pioneers” from Kansas City who lead the way in their various industries and have impacted music and entertainment as we know it today! Can you spot all of the Pioneer’s throughout the home?

Enter through the bottom back door or front door using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival.

LIVING ROOM

When entering this home our hope is that you feel at peace and know you are in the most comfortable space Kansas City has to offer. The grand foyer has beautiful woodwork and a an amazing staircase, hardwood floors and space to set down your luggage so you can explore this masterpiece of a home.

The living room features plenty of seating for your group. A fireplace that is available for use during your stay! A large Smart TV so you don’t miss those shows or Kansas City football!

BEDROOMS

There are three large bedrooms in this home all located on the second level! The master suite features a king size bed, Smart TV, gas fireplace and large bathroom with a spa tub, separate stand up shower and double sinks. The two other bedrooms are extremely comfortable with one of the rooms offering a king bed and private work station and the other featuring a queen bed and a record player. All bedrooms have plenty of closet space, hangers, bedside tables, benches for your luggage and overhead lighting.

KITCHEN

The kitchen provides guests with absolutely everything needed to prepare a top notch meal! From pots and pans to bakeware along with all utensils and dinnerware! The kitchen has been updated with brand new granite countertops, beautiful backsplash and overhead lighting! There is a gas cooktop with 5 burners on the island, a double over and additional seating for two! There is plenty of cabinet and counter space throughout this kitchen!

Don't feel like cooking? Not a problem! Order in from one of the many restaurants located within a 3 mile radius. There are too many to list but we provide an electronic guidebook that will help with identifying places to eat and things to do nearby. Both kitchens also feature a complete coffee bar! A drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, French press and pour over are provided along with a coffee grounds, creamer and sugar.

BATHROOMS

All 2.5 bathrooms offer state of the art luxury and comfort! The master suite bathroom features a spa tub, stand up shower and double sinks! The second floor hall bathroom has a large vanity with tub/shower combos! The main level bathroom is a half bath off the dining room. The full bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

The property has a large front deck for enjoying a morning coffee or evening wine!

Booking Requirements

PARTIES

All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION
+ PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.

PETS

We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The back yard is not fenced but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
