Welcome to the Mini Midtown Martin! This home has been fully renovated and includes a hot tub to maximize your comfortability! This super chic space offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous dining room and comfortable living room! You will also have access to a full size washer and dryer as well as private parking. Located in an urban Kansas City neighborhood you are only an 8 minute walk to Martini Corner, grocery stores, tap houses and famous brunch venues! Everything you could need is here, awaiting your arrival!
Enter through the front of the home using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. You are immediately met with the feeling of home!
LIVING ROOMS
The living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating on the cozy leather sectional! A large Smart TV is provided for all your streaming needs as well as overhead lighting and extra throw blankets so you can sit back and relax.
BEDROOMS
This home offers three comfortable bedrooms with two with king sized beds and one with queen size bed. The master bedroom features a king size bed, Smart TV and opens to a large bathroom with breathtaking tile! Two of the other bedrooms feature Smart TV’s! All bedrooms have overhead lighting, storage closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations.
KITCHEN
This kitchen has been completely remodeled and features all new stainless steel appliances. Plenty of room to prepare meals and to enjoy them! All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over along with coffee grounds, sugar and creamer included.
There is a dining room right off the kitchen that features a beautiful table and elegant chairs to seat eight!
BATHROOMS
There is one full bathrooms and a half bath. The half bath is located on the main level as you come through the back door. The other bathroom is on the second level and has a shower/tub combo. The full bathroom is equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
EXTRAS
The property has an amazing back yard that provides guests with comfortable outdoor seating on the custom built deck! Step down and relax in the luxurious hot tub! We do allow pets at this property, there is a fenced yard as well with dog bags provided for easy clean up!

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee per pet per stay or $100 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
