Located in North Hyde Park, this upper-level duplex combines original charm with thoughtful updates, making it the perfect stay for families, groups, or business travelers.

As you enter, you’ll climb the staircase to a bright, inviting living space filled with décor that honors the building’s Victorian character. Relax in the cozy living room with a decorative fireplace and a Smart TV for your favorite streaming channels.

The home features three bedrooms—one with a king bed, and two with queen beds—all dressed in high-end linens. Each room includes convenient charging blocks on nightstands, extra blankets, Smart TVs, and plenty of closet space. The largest bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace, offering a quiet retreat to catch up on emails or focus on business if needed.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy home-cooked meals with your crew at the large formal dining table that seats up to 8 guests. Guests love the enhanced coffee bar, stocked with a drip coffee maker, K-cup machine, pour-over, French press, coffee grounds, sugar, and creamer for the perfect morning start.

Off the kitchen and third bedroom, you’ll find a back deck with comfortable seating, overlooking a fenced backyard—ideal for fresh air or evening conversation.

The bathroom features a beautiful clawfoot soaking tub and a walk-in shower. We’ve stocked it with plush towels, makeup towels, and Tommy Bahama bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion).

Additional conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer, central heat and air, and supplemental window AC units to keep the home comfortable during hot Kansas City summers.

Access to this upper unit requires navigating stairs - please consider when booking. This is a pet-free property, ensuring a fresh and allergen-friendly environment for every guest.

Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
