Welcome to Midtown Martin! This home has been fully renovated and includes a hot tub to maximize your comfortability! This super chic space offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous dining room and two living rooms spaces! You will also have access to a full size washer and dryer as well as private parking. Located in an urban Kansas City neighborhood you are only an 8 minute walk to Martini Corner, grocery stores, tap houses and famous brunch venues! Everything you could need is here, awaiting your arrival!

Enter through the front of the home using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. You are immediately met with the feeling of home!

LIVING ROOMS

The living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating on the cozy leather sectional! A large Smart TV is provided for all your streaming needs as well as overhead lighting and extra throw blankets so you can sit back and relax.

BEDROOMS

This home offers four comfortable bedrooms with two with king sized beds and two with queen size beds. The master bedroom features a king size bed, Smart TV and opens to a large bathroom with breathtaking tile! Two of the other bedrooms feature Smart TV’s and the third floor bedroom includes a private workstation. All bedrooms have overhead lighting, storage closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations.

The third floor features a separate lounge area including two futons that fold down to sleep one each. This space also includes a large Smart TV, gaming console, arcade game and board games! This is the perfect spot to send the youngins to hang out or escape for some fun yourself!

KITCHEN

This kitchen has been completely remodeled and features all new stainless steel appliances. Plenty of room to prepare meals and to enjoy them! All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over along with coffee grounds, sugar and creamer included.

There is a dining room right off the kitchen that features a beautiful table and elegant chairs to seat eight!

BATHROOMS

There are two full bathrooms and a half bath. The half bath is located on the main level as you come through the back door. The other two bathrooms are on the second level, one bathroom does have a shower/tub combo while the other bathroom is a large shower only. Both full bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

EXTRAS

The property has an amazing back yard that provides guests with comfortable outdoor seating on the custom built deck! Step down and relax in the luxurious hot tub! We do allow pets at this property, there is a fenced yard as well with dog bags provided for easy clean up!
