The KC Explorer is the perfect spot to settle into during your stay in Kansas City! This adorable home features two cozy bedrooms, one bathroom, a comfortable living room and plenty of outdoor space with a fire pit! Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen or park your vehicle and walk to several dining venues just a block away from the famous 39th Street District!
Enter through the front door of this home with a personalized code you will receive the morning of arrival. You are immediately met with all things Kansas City in this home. The owners were sure to include local ideas and things to do, just make sure to pay attention to all of the artwork throughout the house!
LIVING ROOM
The living room offers a large comfortable couch and Smart TV so you won't miss out on your favorite shows. You can enjoy a movie night before hitting the town the next day (Fire place is for decoration only)!
BEDROOMS
This home offers two comfortable bedrooms with brand new queen size beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage closets, luggage racks, night stands and full length mirrors as well as bedside charging stations (attached to the lamps).
KITCHEN & DINING
This kitchen has been completely remodeled to provide an open floor plan with your enjoyment in mind! The kitchen itself features new stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals! You will also have access to a fully enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over. The kitchen features a bistro table for two! Right off the kitchen is a dining room with a table to seat four! Perfect for meals, setting up shop for work or board games!
BATHROOMS
There is one full bathroom in this home. It features a shower/tub combo, awesome lighting and storage space to unpack those beauty products! The bathroom is also equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
EXTRAS
The property has an amazing front porch that provides guests with outdoor seating. The backyard has a fire pit with seating for four around it as well as a picnic table to enjoy a meal. We do allow pets at the property and the backyard is fully fenced. The neighborhood is also perfect for walking!

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home does have a fenced in yard, dog bags are provided in order to clean up after your pet and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
