The adorable Kansas City Coach House is cozy and comfortable. The home is conveniently located in the South Plaza neighborhood within walking distance to UMKC, Whole Foods, Brookside. Only a few minutes in the car or longer walk to the Plaza. This home features two bedrooms on the second floor, a comfy living room, kitchen and dining room on main level and a family room with a modular sofa bed in the basement. Private parking available as well as street parking. Furry companions are welcome!

Step right in and relax! The beautifully decorated Kansas City Coach House will meet all your comfort and travel needs!
The main level of this home features a comfortable living room with a large fluffy sectional that will fit your entire group. There is a large Smart TV so you don't miss your favorite show or can enjoy a movie night in. High speed internet is provided for all your connectivity needs. The living room has an open floorplan that leads right into to the dining room which has seating for six! Great for those home cooked meals or an evening of board games!
The first floor also includes a small half bath so guests don't have to use the one upstairs.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances, cookware and dinnerware and cleaning supplies. Enjoy a cup of coffee with one of many brewing options provided: Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, pour over or a French press. A variety of K-cups, creamer and sugar are also included in every stay! The kitchen also has an entrance to the driveway area and access to the lounge area in the basement.
The Coach House offers two bedrooms which are located on the second floor of the home along with the full bathroom. One bedroom features a king size bed, workspace including a desk /chair, additional shelving and a large closet to unpack. The other bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside table and lamp, a full length mirror and closet space to store your belongings.
The bathroom is a full size that features a large vanity and shower/tub combo. One large bath towel and one wash cloth is provided per guest as well as dark make-up towels for convenience. The bathroom also has luxury bath products provided including: Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash.
The Coach House provides another great lounge area in the basement! The lower level features an additional lounge space with a Smart TV and board games! There is also a full size washer and dryer available for use in the basement for guest use!
In addition to all of the interior features the Kansas City Coach House provides all of the below amenities:

All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
