The Columbus Park Duo is a duplex with two completely separate one bedroom units! Each unit has it's own private entrance. This listing if for the upper level of the duplex! This home has everything you need for couple’s weekend getaway or a week long work trip! Private bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, TV, private work station and plenty of closet space! The living room is perfect to cozy up on and watch your favorite show, work from your laptop or read that book that’s long overdue. This home also features separate dining, a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor seating and street parking.

Enter through the front door of this home using a personalized code you will receive the morning of arrival! Once in the front door take the stairs up to the second level and enter your code for entry.
LIVING ROOMS
The living room features a comfortable sofa with throw pillows, a chair, large Smart TV and a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy a night in watching your favorite show or movie with the many streaming options available. Overhead lighting available or turn on the table side lamps to relax and catch up on that book you’ve been wanting to read.
BEDROOMS
This condo offers one comfortable bedroom with plenty of space to unpack and spread out. There is a private work station to set up shop as well as a Smart TV so you don’t miss your favorite show while traveling! There is overhead lighting in this bedroom, bedside tables, lamps and charging stations!
KITCHEN
This kitchen has everything you need if you enjoy preparing your meals. There is plenty of light, tons of counter space for a one bedroom and stainless steel appliances. All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided for you so no need to worry about what you might need to bring! We even have a full space rack if you want to try your hand at a new recipe! You will have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with a variety of k-cups, creamer and sugar provided!
BATHROOMS
There is one full bathroom in this home with a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. A hair dryer is provided in every bathroom! Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

The property has an amazing wood deck off the front the home through the bedroom or a back deck space through the kitchen!
