Welcome to Casa Brookside! This adorable two bedroom two bathroom home has all you need to enjoy the city or stay in and stay entertained! Located in the Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City you are only minutes away from downtown where there are coffee shops, quaint shops, restaurants and bars. If you are feeling more spunky you are only 10 minutes from the Country Club Plaza, Westport and 39th St. District!

Enter through the front of the home using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. You are immediately met with the feeling of home!

LIVING ROOM

The living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating on the cozy sectional couch! A large Smart TV is provided for all your streaming needs as well as overhead lighting and extra throw blankets. Additionally, there is a record player with a selection of vinyls if you happen to prefer listening to music over watching TV! There are also weights and yoga mats free for guests to use as they please!

BEDROOMS

This home offers two comfortable bedrooms! The master bedroom features a king size bed and a dresser while the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a dresser. Both bedrooms include a Smart TV, bedside tables with charging stations and overhead lighting with ceiling fans.

KITCHEN

This kitchen provides all new stainless steel appliances as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space. All cookware, dinnerware and drink ware is provided! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over along with coffee grounds, sugar and creamer!

There is a dining space right off the kitchen that features a beautiful table and chairs to seat six! This is the perfect spot to sit around and enjoy your meals, games or conversation with your fellow travelers!

BATHROOMS

There is one full bathroom in this home located upstairs in the hall. The bathroom features gorgeous tile, a double sink, large shower and a soaking tub! The half bath is located on the lower level. For ease of traveling we have equipped the bathroom with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Four large bath towels and washcloths along with hand towels and dark makeup towels are provided for convenience.

EXTRAS

The property has two outdoor spaces for your enjoyment. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning and sit on the back deck with a meal and some wine in the evening. The back deck offers a fun ambience with overhead lighting, an electric firepit and outdoor games. So many options to recharge at this property!

Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
