The Prairie Village Shops are only 7 minutes walking where you can enjoy Starbucks and one of the most famous French Restaurants around, Café Provence.

The Hawthorn's cape cod style floor plan makes for a truly unique and comfortable stay. There are several spaces to get together and hangout with friends and family! Two large living spaces on the main floor that connect with a dining room and kitchen and provide an open floor plan so everyone can be together. The dining room is equipped with a large solid table that will accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. For all of your cooking purposes there is a large open kitchen fully stocked with all of the basic kitchen essentials including dinnerware, cutlery and cookware. The built in wet bar located in the kitchen provides guests with their own set up for entertaining. We provide cocktail glasses, a wine fridge, a bar mixology set and a large countertop space for all of your bartending needs!
The Hawthorn is fully set up with our enhanced coffee bar for all of you coffee lovers. Enjoy a cup of coffee from one the many brewing options we provide including a Keurig Coffee Machine, drip coffee maker, pour over or a French press. A variety of K-Cups, creamer and sugar included in every stay!
The basement is designed for a game night, movie night, or just a hangout! There is a comfortable sofa with a smart tv and sound bar provided so you can easily get cozy and listen to your favorite music or watch your fave movie. The basement is furnished with a high top table with seating, a built in bar with additional wine fridge and a private work space for business travelers.
This home is also pet friendly and has a beautiful outdoor space and fenced in backyard which is perfect for enjoying a sunny Kansas day.

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 12, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet for $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is a fully fenced backyard and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
