The Stay Awhile offers guests an adorable two bedroom one bathroom home all one level home that includes a garage for private parking, a large fenced yard for pets and a deck to enjoy the outdoors. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen size bed, plenty of storage for personal belongings, bedside tables and charging stations to make your stay ultra comfortable. The Stay Awhile is nestled the Waldo neighborhood with a grocery stores and restaurants within minutes.
Home Features
The Stay Awhile is the perfect spot to settle in for that extended stay! This adorable home features two cozy bedrooms, one bathroom, a comfortable living room and plenty of outdoor space with a back deck! Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen or park your vehicle and enjoy a stroll a through the neighborhood or the Trolley Trail that leads from Waldo all the way to the Country Club Plaza.
Enter through the front door of this home with a personalized code you will receive the morning of arrival. You are immediately met with all things Kansas City in this home. The owners were sure to include ideas and things to, just make sure to pay attention to all of the artwork throughout!
LIVING ROOM
The living room offers a comfortable couch and Smart TV so you don’t miss out on your favorite show or enjoy a movie night before hitting the town the next night! We have built a custom desk space and provide a chair just under the TV in the living room!
BEDROOMS
This home offers two comfortable bedrooms with brand new queen size beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage closets, luggage racks, night stands and full length mirrors as well as bedside charging stations (attached to the lamps).
KITCHEN & DINING
This kitchen has been completely remodeled to provide an open floor plan with your enjoyment in mind! The kitchen itself features new stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over. The kitchen features a bistro table for two! Right off the kitchen is a dining room with a table to seat four! Perfect for meals, setting up shop for work or board games!
BATHROOMS
There is one full bathroom in this home. It features a shower/tub combo, awesome lighting and storage space to unpack those beauty products! The bathroom is also equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
EXTRAS
The property has an amazing back deck that provides guests with outdoor seating to enjoy a meal or cup of coffee. We do allow pets at the property and the backyard is fully fenced. The neighborhood is also perfect for walking!

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
+ PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fully fenced back yard! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
