This building houses 2 completely separate units. They sit on top of each other and are not connected with an interior hallway. In order to go in between the units, guests will need to access the common area stairwell that is inside. This listing includes BOTH units.

Welcome to The Kingdom! These are two super sleek two bedroom two bathroom apartments are located on the second and third floor of a small newly constructed community named Blume Shawnee. The developers of this building thought of everything from comfort, soundproofing and entertaining! The Kingdom features four bedrooms with Smart TV’s, four luxurious bathrooms and a two gorgeous kitchens to cook and entertain. Enter through the front of the building using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. There is a common area staircase that is shared for both units. Once inside you are immediately met with the feeling of home!

LIVING ROOM

Both living rooms offer a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating on the cozy sectionals and chairs! A large Smart TV is provided for all your streaming needs as well as overhead lighting and extra throw blankets so you can sit back and relax.

KITCHEN AND DINING

Each kitchen provides all new stainless steel appliances as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space. All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over along with coffee grounds, sugar and creamer!

There is a dining space right off the kitchen that features a beautiful table and chairs to seat four! This is the perfect spot to sit around and enjoy your coffee in the morning and chat or pick up a bottle of wine and enjoy some of the board games provided for a fun game night in! The kitchen island also has bar stools for four persons so no one misses anything while preparing meals!

BEDROOMS

There are four comfortable bedrooms! The master bedrooms have a private on suite bathroom with a large shower and rain showerhead. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the private balcony! All bedrooms feature Smart TV’s walk-in closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations.

BATHROOMS

There are four full bathrooms in this home located, two in the lower unit and two in the upper. Two of the bathrooms features a standing shower only while the other bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. All bathroom have tons of storage and counters for all your items!

For ease of traveling we have equipped the bathroom with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. A large bath towel and washcloth is provided for each guest along with hand towels and dark makeup towels are provided for convenience.

EXTRAS

The property has four seating areas on balconies, one off each of the master bedrooms and one off of each of the living rooms. These are for our guests' private use. The community itself offers a fenced dog park area with dog stations provided as well a playground for kiddos and outdoor seating to sit out and relax.
