The Victorian on Grand will knock your socks off with its location and unique design. Located only 6 minutes from downtown KC, Westport and the Country Club Plaza this property truly is in the middle of it all. Built in 1890 this home has all the modern features of today with the character of 1800's! The Grand Vic offers guests three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, custom built kitchen, a large formal dining room, living room and awesome outdoor space! This property is a one of a kind gem located in the heart of Kansas City that any guest will fall in love with.

The first floor features the living room that offers a sofa and two chairs, a fireplace and large TV. (Fire place is for decorative purposes only)
The dining room is right off the living room and offers a large table in order to seat eight. Enjoy a meal, drinks and games or your morning breakfast as a group!
Off the dining room is the private office. French stained glass doors can be left open or closed if privacy is needed in order to get some work done! A desk, chair and charging station is provided so all you need to do is set up your lap top and start your work day.
A half bath is right off the dining room and office for convenience. This half bath is such a charmer, original wallpaper and light fixtures were left in place to show off the amazing character of Victorian style.
The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to prepare meals! All dinnerware, cookware and glassware is provided. This kitchen has custom cabinets with a fridge and dishwasher built in. A full coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over are provided so you can brew your cup of joe just the way you like it. K-cups are provided along with creamer and sugar. A small bistro table for two is in the kitchen.
Located on the second floor are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers two comfortable queen size beds, a smart TV, a full size washer and dyer in the walk in closet and full bathroom that has been remodeled. This bathroom has a shower only. The other two bedrooms both offer queen beds, TV's, dressers for additional storage and plenty of closet space. One bedroom has access to a small outdoor deck space with a table for two to enjoy that coffee or wine and the outdoors.
The other full bathroom features a bathtub. Luxury Tommy Bahama bath products are provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. One large bath towel and one wash is provided per guest along with dark make-up towels for convenience.
The home does have a back deck right off the kitchen with outdoor furniture and beautiful lighting to enjoy company and the outdoors.

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). This home does not have a yard for dogs however the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
