Step right into the spacious living room! Here you will find a super comfortable couch, a lounger, two chairs and a giant Smart TV for those movie nights or Chiefs game!
KITCHEN & DINING
This kitchen has been completely remodeled with your enjoyment in mind! Featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals! You will also have access to a full coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over. Coffee grounds, a variety of creamer and sugar is provided for your enjoyment!
In the kitchen there is a built-in breakfast nook that will seat up to four! The dining room is right off the kitchen and has a large table to seat six! Perfect spot for family meals, night of board games or setting up shop to work remotely.
BEDROOMS
This home offers three comfortable bedrooms! The master bedroom features king size bed and the other two offer queen size beds. All have ample storage closets, luggage racks, night stands and full length mirrors as well as bedside charging stations. The master bedroom has a large Smart TV!
BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms in this home! One bathroom features a tub/shower combo while the bathroom has a standing shower only. Both bathrooms include luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Tons of green space at this home! The backyard is fully fenced in for those furry companions to run around! There are built in outdoor games such as darts and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy company and spread out!

Booking Requirements
PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Our properties are protected by SuperHog which is a third party identity verification and insurance partner. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive property access instructions.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, the fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The backyard is fully fenced! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
