All gatherings must be limited to 14, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SuperHog to verify yourself and purchase insurance for a one time non-refundable fee of $35.00. PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full.. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fenced in yard and the area is perfect for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
